Under OIA, I would like to have file in excel *.xls or *.xlsx or *.csv format with the following please;

1) Column A, House Address
2) Column B, province or region
3) Column C, District Council name for said property
4) Column D, Year of construction
5) Column E, Year of Earthquake strengthening (if done on property)

I'm branch committee member of Engineering New Zealand, and preparing a heat-map for New Zealand for national response readiness programme for earthquake prone structures.

Highly urgent request and appreciate your cooperation in this regard.

Yours faithfully,

Dear S Rasool

Your recent request under the Official Information Act that was sent to Hon Phil Twyford has been transferred to this Office as Minister Twyford's Office was under the impression that this information was held by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE).

I understand that you have already made this request to Kainga Ora and that it was transferred to MBIE for response and MBIE advised you that they do not hold this information. I have attached a copy of the letter that was sent to you about this request on 29 April.

I am sorry but we cannot help you with this matter as we do not hold this information as already advised to you.

Ngā mihi
