Thank you for your email to the Ministry of Justice.  The information you
are seeking is not held by the Ministry of Justice we are therefore
refusing your request under section 18(e) of the OIA as the information
does not exist.

 

We approached NZ Police with a request to transfer under Section 14 of the
OIA however they have declined to accept this transfer.

noting that NZ Police do not link Victim or Offender demographics.
