Just a note for anyone who wants to follow this request along: The 10 countries listed above are nine countries labelled "Not Free" in the Freedom House Freedom in the World report, plus Hong Kong. Over the 2018 to 2020 period MFAT approved 243 strategic goods export permits to end users in these countries. This is a follow up to this OIA request:
