Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,

Could you please provide the following information:

1. The number and value of lumbar spine interbody fusion procedures funded by the ACC in each of the last 5 years, subdivided into (i) anterior lumbar interbody fusions, (ii) posterior lumbar interbody fusions, (iii) transforaminal lumbar interbody fusions, (iv) axial lumbar interbody fusions, (v) lateral lumbar interbody fusions and (vi) all other types of lumbar interbody fusions; and

2. The number and value of cervical spine interbody fusion procedures funded by the ACC in each of the last 5 years, subdivided into (i) anterior cervical interbody fusions and (ii) all other types of cervical interbody fusions; and

3. The number and value of thoracic spine interbody fusion procedures funded by the ACC in each of the last 5 years.
