Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment
Dear John Luke,
We have received your request below under the Official Information Act
(OIA) which I will be responding to as general correspondence.
We recently released updated information which has been published on the
FYI website to previous OIA requests on the number of skilled residence
applications that were allocated from the onshore non priority and
priority queues. In one of our recent responses we also provided the
number of weekly allocations from the priority and non-priority queues,
which includes from October 2020 to 22 March 2021. I refer you to the
attached INZ Response to DOIA 2021-1657 which was released on 24 March so
will likely be published on the FYI website soon.
You have also requested the number of onshore non priority applications
with lodgement dates before 20 July 2019 waiting for allocation, broken
down by month accepted. However, INZ is currently processing applications
from the onshore non priority queue that were received in August 2019.
If you require any further official information that INZ has not covered
in previous OIA requests published online or within this response, you are
welcome to make a new request and we will do our best to provide you with
the information you require.
Kind Regards,
Lautalie Leausa Vaa
