Background briefing paper on foreign medical students

Dear Hon Steven Joyce,

To Whom It May Concern,

I would like to put in a request under the Official Information Act to obtain a copy of a background briefing paper which was provided to you on November 1 2013 by the Chief Executive of Education New Zealand.

This was referred to in parliamentary question number 15128 (2013) by Dr David Clark, in response to the question around what information you had received on the inability of foreign medical students, studying in NZ, to gain Post Graduate training positions in NZ to enable to them to complete the training that they have paid for.

I would appreciate receiving a copy of the briefing paper at your earliest convenience, along with any other related emails, memos or documents concerning foreign fee-paying medical students in New Zealand from July 1 2013 - December 31 2013.

I would like to follow up on my request under the Official Information Act for a background briefing paper on foreign medical students, which was provided to your office by the CE of Education New Zealand on November 1 2013 and was referred to in parliamentary question number: 15128 (2013).

By law, I was due to receive this information by March 20, it is now March 24th and I would like to know when I could expect to receive this information.
