Dear IR.Southern,

When viewing the request in light of the OIA, please understand that this
information is required under urgency for legal purposes - 20 working days
is a maximum, and given the IONs have a timeframe of 28 days in total, 20
working days exceeds this timeframe for a response.

 

It would be a travesty of justice if the Police deliberately waited out
the 28 day appeal period, before providing the information, particularly
the legislation, bylaws and or information under which the Police enforced
said council bylaw, in order to stymie any appeal.
