Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,
I need my spouse marital state, as per NZ records. What is the official process to gain this information?
I am her husband from Australia, we were legally married in India, she (Indian citizen) is allegedly married to another person in NZ, by her own parents submission.
Am being extorted to pay her, to settle this sham marriage for alimony or sponsor her Australian PR in order to get divorced from her. I have reached out to NZ embassy, Immigration helpline.
As her legal husband, I have right to know if my wife is married to another person while still married to me. I can prove my marriage. I need it to be on record that am still her husband until we are legally divorced in India. As this is public, am unable to provide my contact details. Please provide email or phone number where I can reach out to provide additional information with names, passport, photographs, marriage certificate etc.
Yours faithfully,
Pavan Challa
