beginning of April 2020.

 

Two: Copies of all survey reports held by the Ministry of Health that have

Dear OIA Requests,

I notice that the Ministry has today published the "key research findings" related to two vaccine sentiment surveys conducted on their behalf last year. In light of this, I'd like to refine the second part of my OIA request:

1) I request copies of the survey reports produced by Horizon Research for the Ministry of Health, for the vaccine sentiment surveys conducted September and December last year.
2) I request copies of any survey reports relating to vaccine sentiment produced for the Ministry since December last year.

The first part of my request (relating to Covax-NZR) is unchanged.
