Dear Ministry of Health,

I would be grateful if you would provide the following information to me:

1. Number of total and partial wrist replacement surgeries undertaken annually in New Zealand over the last 3 years and the total cost of prostheses used in these surgeries.

2. Number of toe joint (MTP) replacement surgeries undertaken annually in New Zealand over the last 3 years and the total cost of prostheses used in these surgeries.

3. Number of toe joint fusion surgeries undertaken annually in New Zealand over the last 3 years.
