Dear Panuku Development Auckland Limited,

I note that the Wynyard Quarter Dockline Trams are due to return to service from Waitangi Weekend 2021 and understand that Panuku Development Auckland is involved.

1) Can you please provide the funding arrangements for the reinstatement and the ongoing operation of these trams?

This should include (but not be limited to):
- capital works to reinstate the track and rolling stock;
- ongoing operational costs;
- project and other administrative overheads associated with this work.

2) Can you please provide a summary of milestones and key decisions made in relation to this project since 2018? I am particularly interested in decisions made during and in relation to the 2020/21 financial year.
