In response to your request for information on the ‘External Review into
care at Brackenridge for identified residents’ commissioned by the
Brackenridge Estates Ltd Board, The full review report is exempt from the
Official Information Act on the basis it contains personal information
about Brackenridge clients, their families and staff. However, there are
parts of the review that can be shared while respecting people's privacy.
We have therefore prepared a summary and attach it as well as another
document on ‘Addressing the issues arising from the External Review ‘.
