10 December 2020 for:
· On the 2nd of October 2019 two phone calls were placed to
Worksafe NZ to advise of an unsafe working environment in relation to a
contaminated company work vehicle.
· We seek the outcome of the investigation
WorkSafe New Zealand is working on your request and will be in touch as
soon as possible, and by 29 January 2021 at the latest. Over the holidays,
there is a three week period from 25 December 2020 to January 2021 that is
not considered ‘working days’. This should explain by the due date of your
request is later then normal.

Mr Rodgers left an annotation ()
It was the FYI website and not WorkSafe that hid their email address,
Wayne Roberts left an annotation ()
This did meet the criteria for worksafe notifiable event.
the person was admitted to Waikato Hospital's Acute Medical Unit
for two days to receive medical treatment from a Doctor or three and some Nurses. The person had suffered loss of bodily function, there was a decrease in vision by 50 % and the person could not walk straight or talk. So this was without a doubt a notifiable event
that worksafe chose not to look into.

Absolute waste of time this was - Worksafe advise that it did not meet their criteria for investigation but do not say why and do not even put their contact email in the response so I can follow up
