“1:- Count of Parents Residency Visa EOIs which have been submitted before
15 September 2018 and are still in the pool( queue) . Please provide the
count of persons too.

 

2:- Count of Parents Residency Visa EOI's which have been withdrawn
between 8th Oct 2019 and now. Please provide the count of persons too.”

 

Your request is being processed in accordance with the Act and a response
will be sent to you in due course.

 

Please note, due to ongoing COVID-19 response work, requests are currently
being triaged and those relating to Covid-19 processed as a priority.
Remaining requests are being assessed as per the Ombudsman’s guidance

Looking forward to hearing about this OIA request soon.

Please note that I had a previously raised OIA but the figures received appeared to be wrong .
Charmaine HO replied that they have changed the methodology of generation of figures .
