Dear New Plymouth District Council,
I wish to obtain the lease details for the property i own at 12 newbury place,waitara,specifically the value of the land and the formula or methodology applied by the councils appointed valuer-(Telfer Young)which were used to set the value of my new 21year lease.On 02/12/13 i attended a meeting with the mayor (andrew Judd),the manager of property assets (peter handcock)and a representative from Telfer Young (ian baker),it was stated that telfer young can release those details to the council and thereafter the council can release them to me.
