Dear Whanganui District Council,
The car parking at Castlecliff Beach reserve by the Duncan Pavilion is now seriously and massively covered in sand.
1. Is Council going to remove this disgraceful sand build up?
2. If removing it when will this be done please?
3. If not removing it why not?
