Thank you for your request for official information, ref: H202007525
received on 1 October 2020 requesting:

"I am requesting copies of the Expert Advisory Committee on Drugs reports
on Benzylpiperazine, from 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2009."

We would like to clarify the information you are requesting as the Expert
Advisory Committee on Drugs (EACD) does not produce 'reports' as such.

For your information in relation to EACD work there is:
·        The EACD recommendations to the Minister on Benzylpiperazine
(BZP)
·        The EACD meeting minutes where BZP was discussed, and/or
·        The technical papers that the EACD secretariat supplied to the
EACD on BZP to be used to support their discussion during meetings

If you could kindly confirm which of these above mentioned documents you
seek then we may be able to provide you with the information.

If you would like to discuss this further please do not hesitate to get in
touch.
