Due to the current COVID-19 Alert Level, we are seeking an extension of an
additional 6 working days to complete your OIA request (copied below).
Our staff involved with completing this request are currently involved
with our DHB’s COVID-19 response, and are struggling with capacity to
complete OIA responses.
Given that tomorrow (Tuesday 25 August) is the due date for this response,
would you be happy with an additional five days for us to complete the

My apologies for the delay on responding.
I have investigated this and as it turns out, there has been an error in our calculations and the total cost to our DHB for a PET scan is actually $2,145 +GST.
Very sorry for the error.
