Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,
I would like the estimates for the annual maintenance costs of the Transmission Gully project over the projected 25 year lifetime of the public-private partnership were this maintenance to be done by NZTA. (http://www.nzta.govt.nz/projects/transmi...)
If these costs are not in 2020 dollars (as estimates for this project have been) I would also like the inflation index figures you have used to calculate 2020 dollar amounts.

Dear Official Correspondence,
I refer to my OIA request of 28 November 2013. This request was refused on the basis that negotiations were ongoing at that time.
Now that the contract for transmission Gully has been awarded I am re-requesting this information.
To refresh your memory, i requested:
"estimates for the annual maintenance costs of the
Transmission Gully project over the projected 25 year lifetime of the public-private partnership were this maintenance to be done by NZTA. (http://www.nzta.govt.nz/projects/transmi...)
If these costs are not in 2020 dollars (as estimates for this project have been) I would also like the inflation index figures you have used to calculate 2020 dollar amounts."
