Please provide:

(a) a copy of any proposal documents held by the university leading to the establishment of the project,

(b) a copy of all correspondence relating to the proposal, any information held about negotiations in relation to the proposal, and the information held about acceptance of the final proposal,

(c) any information relating to the costs incurred by the university, including hosting, insurance, etc, and

(d) a copy of any contracts that may exist in relation to the project.
