Dear University of Otago,
I wish for you to provide me with the class percentage statistics for the following Otago University papers, HUBS 191, PHSI 191, CHEM 191, CELS 191.
I would like the following statistics from each paper...
The mean raw final percentage (without the +5 percentage increase), the standard deviation of the raw final percentage, and the total number of the cohort within each paper. Ideally I would like a mathematical model of the statistics, in terms of an approximate mathematical equation, though I believe the mean, standard deviation and total cohort numbers are sufficient.

Dear Albert,
I am writing in regard to your official information request dated 27 June
2020 regarding information about class cohort statistics.
The Official Information Act requires that we provide the information for
your request no later than 20 working days after we received your request
(due 24 July).
I am writing to notify you of an extension under section 15A(1) of the
Act. The extension is due to the time needed to complete consultation in
the preparation of the response. I am thus advising that the response will
now be provided no later than Monday 3 August (6 working days). I have
specified this timeframe to ensure there is sufficient time to prepare the
response under the currently challenging working conditions; however, I
anticipate that I will be able to provide the information in advance of
this date.
I note your right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman
about this extension under section 28(3) of the Official Information Act.

Thank you for your reply to my inquiry. It was very informative. I was wondering if you could also provide the class head count, mean grade and standard deviation of the grade for these 2019 papers - HUBS 191, HUBS 192, CELS 191, CHEM 191, BIOC 192, PHSI 191, POPH 192.
In addition is it possible to provide the 80th, 85th, 90th and 95th percentiles for these papers (the 2019 ones) as well as for the data in the 2020 papers for which you have already provided me the data for?
