- What is your annual HR budget ?

 

You can expect to be notified of the decision on your request by 21 July
2020 at the latest, being 20 working days after the day on which the
request was received by Kāinga Ora in accordance with section 15(1) of the
Act.

 

If an extension of time is required to make a decision you will be
notified prior to that date in accordance with section 15A of the Act.

 

We may also contact you if further clarification or refinement of your
request is required to enable a decision to be made.

I am extending the timeframe for providing you with a response, originally
due by 21 July 2020, by 10 working days under section 15A(1)(b) of the
Act, ‘consultations necessary to make a decision on the request are such
that a proper response to the request cannot reasonably be made within the
original time limit.’

 

You can now expect to be notified of the decision on your request by 4
August 2020 at the latest. However, Kāinga Ora will endeavour to provide
you with a response before then.

 

We may also contact you if further clarification or refinement of your
request is required to enable a decision to be made.
