Dear Toni Lexmond,

I requested all information about the complaints and that clearly includes the complaints themselves, which you have conveniently neglected to provide. Your response refers to a complaint dated 16 April 2018 but does not include this complaint which clearly falls within the scope of the request.

As the complaint was made on 10 May and is now overdue I will be complaining to the Ombudsmen.

I repeat my request for the complaint dated 16 April 2018, please provide this WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY.

I request all information regarding any and all complaints about mental health services associated with Tairawhiti Gisborne DHB. This request is URGENT.
