Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,
A Partnership Agreement exists between Immigration New Zealand and Bank of China (dated 19 April 2016).
Under said agreement, BOC must provide dedicated resources able to lawfully provide immigration advice, and the resources must be agreed by INZ.
Please advise:
1. The number of Investor 1 applications made related to this agreement (include the number of applications made, number of successful and unsuccessful applications)
2. The number of Investor 2 applications made related to this agreement (include the number of applications made, number of successful and unsuccessful applications)
4. Any other visa applications made related to this agreement (include the number and type of applications made, number of successful and unsuccessful applications)
5. The immigration adviser numbers of the resources agreed with BOC to provide immigration advice
6. A list of any other agreements with organisations, individuals or external parties that approve collaboration with INZ related to Investor visas (include the name of the parties, date, and purpose of the agreement)
