Good afternoon Paul

Thank you for your Official Information request of 7 May 2020, asking for
"... a list of the current policies of ACC". We are seeking some
clarification of your request.

Clarification we require
ACC has a number of Corporate policies, which are general and apply to all
staff. This includes the privacy policy, for example.

Could you confirm that your request is for a list of our Corporate
policies? If this is not correct, could you please provide us with further
detail about what sort of information you are seeking?

Please advise us by Wednesday, 20 May 2020
If we do not hear from you by 20 May, we will assume that we have
interpreted your request correctly.

Other than our Corporate policies, we hold a range of processes which
relate to many different aspects of managing claims and our various
business functions. ACC staff access this information via Promapp, which
is a business process mapping tool.
