Death statistics for April 2020 are not available as at the time of your request. April statistics will not be able to be collated until several weeks into the month of May 2020. Please confirm whether you wish the Department to provide statistics for the month of April, or whether the statistics for the past five years to end March will be sufficient to meet your information needs.

Thanks Scott, I will register that for when the info can be collated.

The request noted below actually agreed to monthly data, sorry I should have specified that. Monthly data is cleaner in the sense there is less risk of any overlap or duplication, providing more concise data. Monthly data will be collated for April when possible, I will let you know an eta when I have one.
