This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Robyn Smith to read recent responses and update the status.

From: Robyn Smith

Dear Porirua City Council,

Over a period in February and March 2020, Titahi Bay beach was contaminated by pollution and was unswimmable.

I would like to know the following
1. What was the contamination?
2. Where did the contamination originate?
4. Was there more than 1 source of contamination?
5. Is the person/company responsible for the contamination being prosecuted.
6. If the person/organisation responsible for the contamination is not being prosecuted, why not?

Yours faithfully,

Robyn Smith
