Would you please be able to provide me with the following information regarding the MBChB program:

1. Number of students allocated to each hospital site, separated into year cohorts (Y4, Y5, Y6)

2. Number of students allocated to each hospital site, separated into groups by ethnicity

3. Number of students who got their 1st, 2nd and 3rd site preference, separated by year group

4. Number of students who got their 1st, 2nd and 3rd site preference, separated by ethnicity

Dear Ms Wilson,

I refer to your request of 15 April 2020 for information concerning the University's MBChB programme - as amended on 17 April 2020 to request information for the years 2016-2019. Unfortunately, your request is for a large quantity of official information or necessitates a search through a large quantity of information and meeting the original time limit would unreasonably interfere with University operations. Accordingly the University has extended the time limit for your request until 8 June 2020. You have the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman about this extension.

Dear Ms Wilson,

 

I refer to your request of 15 April 2020 for information regarding the
University’s MBChB programme under the Official Information Act 1982. The
information requested is attached. Although the Official Information Act
allows agencies to charge for the cost of labour involved in making
information available, and your request required a considerable amount of
staff time, the University has decided not to impose a charge on this
occasion.
