Dear Toni Hill
Local Government Official Information and Meeting Act 1987 Request
This email is to acknowledge receipt of your Local Government Official
Information and Meetings Act 1987 ‘LGOIMA’ request and inform you that we
will be extending the timeframe for making a decision on your request.
Currently New Zealand is on a 4 week lockdown and staff are either working
from home or currently involved with Civil Defence/Pandemic Response. Due
to the nature of your request, it either requires input from staff that
are focussed on pandemic response, or supporting our staff working from
home, or data that is located in hard copy in our offices. Therefore we
are extending the timeframe to 30 April 2020 to provide you with a
decision on you request. Should we be able to provide you a response
earlier we will certainly do so.
Yours faithfully
Selwyn District Council
