I refer to your official information request received by email on 9 March 2020 requesting 
information on this Council’s subdivision consent processing statistics. 
 
We have decided to grant your request in part.  However, given the amount of resource required to 
process your request in relation to timeframes for s223 and s224 we have decided to charge for the 
release of this information, as this wil  need to be gathered manual y.  We have estimated that it 
would take approximately 5 minutes per application therefore this would be around 24 hours of 
work of which we charge $36 per half hour, giving a maximum charge of $1,758.00.  Any unused 
component of the maximum charge wil  be refunded to you. 
Before we proceed further with your request, please confirm your agreement to the charge, and 
we wil  prepare an invoice for payment.  A deposit wil  be required of 50% of the estimated charge, 
with the balance to be paid on release of the information.  We wil  send you the information within 
20 working days of your payment.
