Could you please share the terms of the $15m PGF loan to Leaderbrand and explain what controls are in place to avoid them using this loan to gain an unfair advantage over similar businesses in the fresh produce industry.

The terms of loans granted by the Provincial Growth Fund are commercially sensitive. As such, this information is withheld under sections 9(2)(i) and 9(2)(b)(ii) of the Official Information Act 1982.
