Entry into the MBChB programmes via the Graduate NZ Rural sub-category

Dear University of Otago,

Please provide the following information relating to admission into the MBChB program at the University of Otago via the NZ Rural Origins sub-category of the MBChB program for the last two cohorts (2019-2020)

(1) The number of New Zealand Rural Origins sub-category seats available in each year (graduate category only)
(2) The number of New Zealand Rural Origins sub-category applicants in each year (graduate category only)
(3) Lowest successful first round offer GPA in each year (graduate category only)
(4) Lowest successful waitlist GPA each year (graduate category only)

With regards to Section 12 of the Official Information Act 1982, I am a New Zealand citizen and located in New Zealand.

Thank you for your response. Would you please explain why there wasn't a waitlist for the graduate rural subcategory in 2019? Were all the applicants under that category offered a place or was there a more limited number of positions available that year?
