Apart from an automated response nothing has been heard from Police to date.
Follow-up has been initiated.

Dear New Zealand Police,

Can you please advise when the requested information will be made available? My reckoning is that this request should have been completed by 2 March 2020. To date all I have received is an automated response acknowledging that your systems had received my request.

If nothing further is heard from Police by 20 March 2020 I will consider lodging a complaint with the Ombudsmans Office.

Yours faithfully,

Mark Montgomery

I'll await the lockdown being lifted before considering where I go with this request.
There's a probability that I'll just head to the Ombudsmans Office

Partial refusal on a couple of parts of the request, stating that they don't collect some records centrally! The information I was seeking can is not consolidated nationally from the Police Districts.

I've gone back to the sender asking if what I need to do is OIA each of the Police Districts for the information they can't provide centrally.
