Please Provide details about the total costs of running NCEA Level 1, 2, 3, and Scholarship External Exams in 2019, including preparation of standards, Copyright licencing, Printing, Staff and Examiners cost, and cost of teachers marking.

Please also specify the estimated cost for one student to sit an ordinary exam, compared to the estimated cost for one student to sit a digital exam.
