Good morning Mr Thompson

Since our last e-mail, I have established that neither Tasman District Council and CDEM hold the information requested.

We understand this will be held by FENZ but note that you have elected to contact them directly and so, on this occasion, it is not our intention to effect any formal transfer of your request to FENZ, as per s.12 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA).

I must advise you of your right to complain to an Ombudsman if you do not believe you have been given a reasonable response to your request. This right to complain is dealt with in section 27 of LGOIMA.

Kind regards,

Kate Redgrove, Governance Advisor
