With regards to Spotless cleaners, how many cleaners employed by Spotless clean council
and CCO buildings?
We refuse this request pursuant to Section 17(e) of the Act, that the document alleged to
contain the information requested does not exist or cannot be found.
3.
Does council employ its own cleaners at all? How many companies are involved in the
cleaning contract and how much does council pay for cleaning per annum?
Auckland Council does not employ its own cleaners. 23 companies are employed with the
cost being $12.8 million per annum.
