Cost of Code of Conduct complaint
Ross Moon made this Official Information request to Christchurch City Council
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Ross Moon to read recent responses and update the status.
From: Ross Moon
Dear Christchurch City Council,
I would like to know what costs were incurred to the Council of investigating the code of conduct complaint against Deon Swiggs. This includes payment for Mr Matthews time, any other legal services sort by the Council, support counselling offered and accepted by complainants and/or the respondent as well as any legal fees paid by Council for services to anyone involved in the process. I'm also keen to get a breakdown of the same costs from the subsequent electoral petition in Central Ward. If it's possible to provide a breakdown of staff time spent on these two interrelated matters I would like this also.
Yours faithfully,
Ross Moon
