Dear Kapiti Coast District Council,
1. Would you please provide me with copies of any meeting minutes and supporting documents for te whakaminenga since the meeting of April 2019. This to include any drafts not yet ratified.
2. Would you please provide me with any information you hold which clarifies the terms of reference or scope of any current or planned council review (internal or external) which relates to te whakaminenga and a copy of any reports/drafts that may provide some commentary on this.
3. Would you please provide me with any 2019 information you hold regarding consultation or planning for a Kapiti Island tourism gateway including any of the process or information provided to iwi/hapū and feedback received.
Thanks for your assistance - I would be happy to receive your information electronically.

Good morning Kirihi,
Thank you for your request for information received 9 December 2019. This
request will be managed under the provisions of the Local Government
Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
Staff are looking into the matter and will respond to you as soon as
possible and (unless a time extension is notified to you before then)
within the statutory period of 20 working days.
Please note that the statutory period of 20 working days provided by the
Act covers the period of Christmas / New Year. This means that the 20
working day time period is put on hold between 20 December 2019 and 10
January 2020 inclusive.
