Under section 223 of the Resource Management Act 1991 within 10 working days after receiving a survey plan for its approval, Council must either approve the plan of decline the plan. Can Council please provide the average processing times for 223 applications for the last 6 months and 12 months?

Thank you for providing this, rather than the median, I was actually more after the mean and if possible broken down into areas (e.g. Northern, Southern, Western, Central etc.)? Our company has an average processing time from Auckland Council of 26 working days for the past 6 months which doesn't correspond well to the stats provided.
