Regional Park track upgrades

Dear Auckland Council,
I have been told on more than one occasion that the 2019/20 track upgrade budget of $6,513,000 has been fully allocated. I understand that this is not done on a per track basis but, and I quote " the budgets are determined based on the estimated work required in each location. " It is this information I would like i.e. the estimated cost of the work required in each location. If the $6,513,000 has not been subdivided into smaller amounts then I shall be quite satisfied if you say so.

I have attached an information sheet on our processes and requirements under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.

LGOIMA requires us to provide you the information no later than 20 working days after receiving your request, which is 15 January 2020 for your request.

Please note that the period commencing 20 December and ending 10 January is not counted as working days in accordance with section 2(1) of LGOIMA.
