INZ and CCB

john luke made this Official Information request to Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment

The request was successful.

From: john luke

Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,

I understand from INZ's website that CCB (•China Construction Bank) is an approved QDII provider. I would like to know if CCB has any kind of agreement/formal letter with INZ, e.g. a memorandum of understanding like the one Bank of China had with INZ. If they do, can you please supply the copy of that letter/agreement under the OIA Act.

Also, I would like to know how many applicant has been approved under the CCB's QDII scheme since it's inception. Are there any meetings/events between INZ and CCB with regards to their QDII offering happens in 2019? e.g. face to face meeting, phone call etc.

Yours faithfully,

john luke
