I refer to your request below asking for information about the death of
Matthew Hall in 2011.

has a place of business in New Zealand,—
may request a Department or Minister of the Crown or organisation to make
available to him or it any specified official information".
Police therefore asks that you provide an address or other advice to show
you satisfy section 12 of the Official Information Act.
Police will then prepare a response to your information request.

Dear MCMAHON, Teresa,
We as the public believe it is of great importance to be informed what the outcome has been, given its great media coverage and request to the public to help in this matter.
Is this normal to still be with the coroner after all thes years?
Sounds unusual
When will this be decided and with this i would like to request imformations held on how many cases have been refered to a coroner in the past 5 years please and the time taken for these cases to have results.
The public have a right to know if there is a person capable of Matthew Halls death still amongst us in the public!
Yours sincerely,
D & L
