Dear Psychoactive Substances Expert Advisory Committee,

Just was wondering as you are planning to use dogs and other
animals... do these have the same receptors in their brains and
display similar reaction to psychoactive substances as the human
brain?

Also will these be reviewed periodically to check for contra
indicators and be subject to removal of authorisation for sale if
they prove to cause reactions in humans unless proved to be safe.
