The physical specifications of the NZ driver licence card are aligned with those in the International Standards Organisation/International Electrotechnical Commission standard ISO/IEC 7810 Identification cards – Physical characteristics.
The format, features and information displayed on the card is specified in Part 11 of the DL Rule clauses 62 & 63.

What styles manual have you followed in terms of the 'publishing' of The Drivers Licence ie. typographical language, grammar and its usage?
For example, The Chicargo Manual of Style? The Oxford Style manual? etc

There was no styles manual used for the NZ driver licence card. The only information we have was provided in our previous email to you.
If you were referring to a styles manual for the road code or other resources, we could provide it, but there is nothing for a licence card.

Thank you for the information, maybe there should be some research done and a uniform style used and stated for all government documentation, especially identification.
According to both Chicago and Oxford styles manuals, all upper case text is Dog Latin and has no jurisdiction with the english language, I could claim the uppercase words on the licence do not indicate my name. Dog Latin,a debased latin that is the language of the illiterate, rendering translation needed as the Chicago Manual of Styles confirms. If the written name or any part of such a document appears in all uppercase text, that is the “SIGN” that such all uppercase text is rendering something “spurious”. The fact that Dog Latin is debased Latin renders such text as: criminal, immoral, and as a counterfeit. It corrupts the real meaning of the text, being: DOG-LATIN, the debased form of Latin that uses the English grammatical rules and not the proper Latin grammatical rules that gives us the false impression that “THIS TYPE OF TEXT IS ENGLISH” when in its true grammatical fact, it is nothing.
I would assume using this licence gives a false impression of something that grammatically does not exist in fact. Such a false impression tendered as something other than what it truly is, could be deemed as a counterfeit if one is attempting to “Pass it Off” as something other than its grammatical facts, then to present it is uttering.
Why is my name not set in the gramatically correct title case?
