Dear OIA_Requests (OT),
I have not as yet received - in the New Year - the promised substantive response (as per letter dated Dec 23 2019; subsequent to the extension letter dated Dec 4) to my OIA from November 2019.
It is my understanding that by law, under all circumstances, Oranga Tamariki (OT) should have responded by now and therefore is in breach of its statutory obligations.
I therefore respectfully request an explanation and a final response fulfilling that which was promised in writing to me by OT Dec 23 2019.
Yours sincerely,
Blair Donkin

Tēnā koe Blair,
Thank you for your email.
In our correspondence to you of 23 December 2019, we advised that we had
decided to grant your request, in part, and we hoped to have the
information with you in the new year.
We have been working on your request and are currently still in the
consultation process.
Due to the sensitive and deeply personal nature of the Practice Review,
the consultation process we are undergoing is extensive.
We hope to have this information with you shortly and thank you for your
patience.
Ngā mihi

Dear OIA_Requests (OT),
I appreciate that it is an involved process but that would have been known by OT at the time of the original request, when the extension was sought and when I was advised of the new deadline of early in the new year; which has clearly passed.
Please provide a time frame in which I can expect this request to be fulfilled.
Yours sincerely,
Blair Donkin
