Good afternoon
I am writing with regard to the following Official Information Act requests you sent to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.
On Wednesday 30 October 2019, you requested:
"All communications with International Accreditation New Zealand (IANZ) since 29th May 2018 on the development of regulations to be set under section 138C of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986. This includes written letters, emails, and aide memoire's of telephone conversations and meeting minutes."
Following this, on Thursday 31 October 2019, you requested:
"All communications with International Accreditation New Zealand (IANZ) since 1st May 2018 relating to the development of Regulations to be set under section 138C of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 . This includes written letters, emails, and aide memoire's of telephone conversations and meeting minutes."
As previously advised, your request of 31 October 2019 has been transferred to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development for their response. The scope of this request also encompasses your request of 30 October 2019. As such, could you please confirm if you would like to withdraw your request of 30 October 2019?
