I refer to the State Service Commission Governance Manual which makes reference to a Schedule of Delegation,
ACC MBIE briefing papers also make reference to Delegation of Reviews.
The Labour Party Manifesto refer to administration Review Jurisdiction
I would therefore request under the provisions of the Offical Infirmation Act;
The current Schedule of Delegation (or documents providing jurisdiction or similar but not limited to) for review by Fairway Resolution and Independant Complaints Review Authority ( ICRA ).
