Dear Porirua City Council,

On 23 October 2019, On Porirua City Councils Facebook Channel the
comment was made..

"In an effort to keep costs low and to save on paper, we will not be
delivering an updated recycling calendar to all Porirua residents."

(1) Why was it important to save money on this, but it was not important
to save money on legal and auditing costs when investigating issues
surrounding fuel card use when in fact there was no irregular activity.
