    Dear Massey University,
Please can you supply the background documentation including correspondence, emails and discussion including documents from prior to the decision to seek legal advice which were created as the University decided how to respond to the Feminism 2020 meeting at Massey University’s Wellington campus lecture theatre leading up to the cancellation today 16 October 2019 including but not limited to the decision to seek legal advice.
Please supply any copies of the correspondence from students, from the Tertiary Education Union and the students union at Massey and others protesting the right to hold the meeting that may have had a bearing on the idea that holding the meeting was threatening or dangerous to students at the University. Please include any correspondence on this topic.
Please also include the documentation and correspondence including emails and reports created that related to the decision for Massey University to renegotiate the booking after it had been committed.
Yours faithfully,
Jan Rivers
        Massey University

    Dear Jan,

Further to your request for Official Information received by the
University on 17 October 2019, I am writing to notify you of the
requirement for an extension of time to respond to your request.
Consultations necessary to make a decision on the request are such that a
proper response to the request cannot reasonably be made within the
original time limit. In addition, the University is dealing with a number
of information requests at the current time, and meeting the original time
limit would unreasonably interfere with the operations of the University.

I will endeavour to respond as soon as reasonably practicable but no later
 than 18 December 2019.

Please be advised of your right to make a complaint to the Ombudsman about
 this extension.

Kind regards,
Jodie Banner

Are you a researcher currently working outside Europe?
We want to hear your opinion!
The MORE4 study, funded by the European Commission (Directorate
General for research and Innovation), aims to collect and analyse
information on the mobility patterns and career paths of researchers
worldwide. The Global Survey is designed for individual researchers
currently working outside Europe (27 Member States, United Kingdom,
and 3 Associated Countries), both in and outside higher education
 institutes.
We invite all researchers currently working outside Europe to take the
survey and share it within your network. The survey will only take
10-15 minutes of your time and your responses will help the European
Commission to develop better policies related to mobility
opportunities, career prospects and working conditions of researchers.
Thank you!

 Dear researcher,

We recently invited you to participate in a survey on the mobility
patterns and career paths of researchers (including doctoral
candidates) currently working outside Europe. So far, we have not
 received your response.
We would like to ask about your views, needs and experience in your
career and mobility. Do you collaborate with researchers in other
countries? Have you worked in or with the non-university sector? How
satisfied are you with your current working conditions and career
 prospects?
Your responses will help the European Commission to develop better
policies related to the mobility opportunities, career prospects and
 working conditions of researchers.
The questionnaire should take no more than 10-15 minutes to complete.
