Hi Hannah
You have requested results of all glyphosate tests. Please can you
confirm (or otherwise) whether you are seeking forensic related glyphosate
test results or just those relating to the recent national survey of
pesticides in groundwater?

Dear Murray Close,
Could I have a summary of the forensic as well as the water results please.
Thank you,
H Enderby
From: Murray Close
Institute of Environmental Science and Research Limited
Hi Hannah
ESR's Forensic Toxicology unit does include glyphosate testing on biological samples associated with Coronial cases (autopsies) only. To the best of our knowledge we have never undertaken analysis of samples associated with 'exposure' cases (i.e. people who have concerns around use / exposure to the chemical). Also, please note that ESR's Forensic Toxicology unit outsources the actual analysis to Callaghan Innovation (or IRL / DSIR as they were).
If you still want a summary of any forensic results, could you please specify a time period for these results - eg the previous year or previous 2 or 5 years.
For that part of your request that relates to the results associated with the national survey of pesticides in groundwater, we will be publishing this information soon and are just waiting for the EOCs to be completed from a different laboratory. We anticipate receiving the EOCs shortly and will then collate and analyse the data and prepare a report for the regional councils who have funded this study. I anticipate that this report will be available by the end of September 2019.
We are therefore refusing this part of your request under section 18(d) of the OIA / 17(d) of the LGOIMA on the basis that the information will soon be publicly available. We will write to you again to let you know once the information is published.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available at www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or freephone 0800 802 602.
If you wish to discuss this decision with us, please feel free to contact myself or ESR's legal counsel Mark Dunlop.
Regards
Murray

Dear Mark Dunlop,
Oh its ok that you wasted my time with this meaningless drivel. It showed me that you are an irrelevant bunch of sell outs. I have imported my own test kits and will find out the truth for myself.
